My clients don't just come see me for a workout; my clients come to me for a transformation. When we meet for your initial consultation, and you share with me your desires to be healthier, fitter, and stronger, I am on a mission to see that I provide every tool you need to start glowing.
Finding your inner glow means taking pride in your well-being and contagious with your self-confidence; your health is reflection of self-respect, discipline, and body awareness. We will not only meet on regular basis to strength train and improve flexibility, but I will continually work with you to establish healthy eating patterns, cardio options that best suit your lifestyle and schedule, and a supplement program to fill in your nutritional gaps. Losing weight and working to be healthy and fit is not simply a physical commitment, it is also an emotional one.
As a trainer and motivator, I am delighted when measurements go down and when I see my clients change before my very eyes. But when I see their attitudes and self-esteem change, it means more to me than any number on the scale. I have worked with many people who are hurting both physically and emotionally from their lack of health. Being able to empower them through exercise and sound nutrition is the best gift I could ask for.
